  • Eat fiber, it fills you up and it's pretty good. ;) I used to eat a few Triscuits when I felt hungry, like 3 or 4. They have a lot of Sodium though. You can find low sodium fiber snacks.
  • Definitely a NAY, if I have it on, I clean it off. Pores will be open and getting sweat in them, I do not want makeup getting into my pores and getting my skin all pimply. I like to let my skin breathe for my workout. I rarely wear makeup anyway, but I for sure do not wear it during my workout.
