when i used to do it i'd burn about 200, according to my HRM. but everyone is different. you gotta get an HRM.

yes it's happened to me a few times. i do think part of it is fear of finally loving the body or whatever. other times i felt really down after a workout for seemingly no reason.

i have like 40 to lose....and i've barely lost 5 since january first. i think because i've lost and gained the weight so many times, it gets harder and HARDER every time. IT SUCKS. i cannot get out of the 170s to save my life. and i have sooo long to go. it makes me cranky.
