I add a mashed banana to mine and use Total 0 fat yogurt. Makes the consistency really gooey and moist. You can't really taste the banana unless you put two in (which I do). Really delicious! However, they do make you fart like a trooper...

Fage 0% greek yogurt - 10g protein per 100g and 0g fat, 3g carbs. Tastes amazing too!

No you shouldn't eat the calories back. The essential point is that you stay under 500 cals to get the benefits (weight loss and a whole host of other things!). You will negate this if you eat the calories back. I never find I feel the need to eat the cals back, but I only engage in light exercise - walking, yoga, gentle…
