Good luck! I believe that you can do it. Anyone who can run a half marathon can do ANYTHING!

Jacob, It does not sound to me that you in any way bonked out. Do you think that maybe you are being too hard on yourself? If a professional trainer (and I don't car if they are your cousin) says you are doing well, then you are! Smile about that! It is tough enough doing the whole weight management, good eating, etc.…

You should be very proud of yourself!

Can anyone recommend a good website that would show some of these lifting techniques and explain how to perform them? Thanks in advance!

You are an inspiration to many, I am sure. I include myself in that. Congratulations not only on your amazing transformation, but your willingness to share your attitude,

I love cheddar cheese, and eat it when I want it, but no one is going to get me to believe it is healthy. It is almost pure saturated fat and those fats are not healthy. But it is soooo tasty!

So happy for you. Good luck with the seizures, I hope they figure out what is going on. Keep up the good work!

Congratulations! Your imagery is great!

That's because there is no man size 3.5; that's boy size.

I think it is something that you have to think about if you're going to be successful in the weight loss. Have a plan and follow it. To deny it as a possibility will lead you down the wrong path. Just done get too obsessive, that isn't helpful, either. I guess it is a balance everyone has to find for themselves.

Totally agree. It is your fault if ou don't go and give into her whims/fears. She must have friends. How about the baby's father. You needn't suffer here, but you need to get a bit of a backbone and just say, "I'm going". Think of it this way, if you don't, and you aren't around anymore AT ALL, what would your daughter do…

Too many requirements.

For goodness sake, I WISH I looked this good naked.

This dude's got it right. Humans are the only species where young seem to want to hang around forever! It is a parent's job to help and guide your kids to grow up, be self-sustaining and get out! I never moved back home after I finished college, I was brought up to be able to take care of myself. When you are on your own,…

Go to the doctor. Don't ask for medical help here!!!

Your OPINION. I don't eat a lot of meat, personally, but it is because I think not eating meat is healthier than eating meat, NOT because I think there is something wring with eating meat. I would think that someone who does 50% vegan because they think animals are treated badly, then they are a 50% hypocrite. The world…

What is the didfference between vegan and vegetarian? If it is truly more of a "statement of ethical beliefs" to avoid all animal products, rather than just avoidance of eating meat, then vegans shouldn't get the flu vaccine (seeing as how chicken eggs are used in the production of the virus to make the vaccine.). I'm not…

You have a right to be proud, you're doing great! Keep it up and you'll see that total body makeover in no time!

Having had 2 C sections, I just don't see this just going away. Sad, but true. I fear one can only do so much in ths area.
-
I know you can do it. It is just one step at a time. Sometimes the steps even go backward a bit, but as long as the general direction is ahead, what more can we ask for?
-
Of course you can!

Way to go!!

Good job!

This is NOT a setback! You were living and guess what? That is going to happen! I'm sure you are doing fine. I'm sure you are still on track, otherwise you wouldn't feel so badly about your intake from yesterday. Most important thing you can take from this whole episode? Give yourself a break!

This, exactly. I know the thought of it is scary. It is like giving up control of your life and body, but if it feels that overwhelming for you now, then this might be something you should at least look into. Sometimes we need to give up all control over a problem before we can re-learn how to handle said problem. At least…

Try not to be so hard on yourself, your weight is not the only aspect of your life! I understand being down on yourself; honestly, we are our own worst enemies. You'll get it together when the timing is right. There will just come a day when you "know" that you need to make a change. Until then, don't sweat it about losing…
