I am drinking enough and eating enough..sometimes going a little over my calorie goal of 1200. This may not seem like much but I am only 5' and small boned, but with a lot of body fat. I weigh about 138lbs.
I am exercising every day or so for approx 30 mins..nothing too taxing...and the headaches are BLINDING
what is wrong?

Go to the doctor. Don't ask for medical help here!!!0

First of all what do you consider "a lot of body fat"?
Second - make extra sure you are consuming enough water. If it's true that you are loosing body fat you need to make sure you are well hydrated to manage that. Dehydration will lead to bad headaches. Your urine should be no darker than fresh, real lemonaide. Any other color and you aren't getting enough water.
Third - how much has your diet changed? What have you stopped or started eating/drinking? If you just quit soda or coffee that could be a cause of headaches. If you are changing everything but continuining to drink soda your body may not it much. Especially if it's 'diet'.
Finally - what does your vitimin intake look like. Not just the pills you take but the food you eat. Take a look at any 'suppliments' you may be taking. Look at your intake and make sure you are getting enough but too much of any of your needs.
If you get these four things in order and it's still "blinding" go see a doc.0 -
Definitely head to the doctors.
The issue could be any number of things related to your recent lifestyle change (like a reaction to a new food or straining your neck while exercising), to something unrelated like someone near you wearing a new perfume or a serious medical condition that is making itself known.0 -

Did you suddenly cut out a lot of carbs and sugars from your diet?0

I would say I have cut down and sugar and salt quite a lot... I'm also trying to eat cleaner foods...
And by a "lot of body fat" I mean I have literally no muscle tone, just pretty much all squidgeMy bones are tiny underneath all of it.

And also...I highly doubt it's an allergy or a medical issue, it really does seem like a side effect of my diet0

"i'm squishy" is far from an accurate measurement of body fat. I'm going to guess, based on the photo of your face that you aren't "mostly body fat". I'd pay close attention to your calorie intake and make sure you aren't starving your brain.0
