and try this ,, workout 3 weeks,, and only lose .6,, yep .6 th of a pound each week. then it broke and now its atleast 2 - 3 lbs a week

make sure you are food journalling,, something maybe hindering your workout hard work. Find it and work through it,, good luck

stay focused, journal, makes changes and keep adding more exercises each week.. YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!

remember muscle weighs more than fat. I too ran across that,, so I was reminded,, during weight training. do a lesser weight and more reps,, Lord dont I know about little or no weight loss or gain at that. My 1st week weight training I gained 3 lbs.. MEASURE inches during this time. I did and it diverted my discouragement…

very sadly walking is not good for my hip right now. So I will elliptical extra time as the month goes. When Better I wish to walk again more.

take one day at a time,, when you find yourself into to much comfort,, upp the moment of time or speed,, i am 48 and just beiging myself,, its not easy and now I am hooked,, linedd and sinking the weight off,, friend me if you wish as well

I kinda started having the same iisue,, if not careful i will have hemroids trying to push mine out,, prune juice a glass each morning helps me as well.

the one thing i learned is when you hit a platue,, change up your workout,, its like the body expects the same.. so give it something new to do
