Thank you everybody!! I put it in the recipe builder like most of you suggested (I overestimated amounts-just in case) and it came out to 830 calories...not as bad as I was thinking.

It's a local deli-brought salad....not sure how much of each or how they prepare stuff like the guacamole and tortilla chips.

Watching the news. Have plenty of food and water. I live in zone B in Manhattan so we should be ok.

You need a reality check...if you calculate your BMI based on your weight and height you are currently underweight. Normal weight range for someone your height is 117 to 146 pounds.
