I have logged in for 65 days but I'm almost right back where I started. The last 3 weeks... I come in and look around but I haven't done much tracking or any exercising. I have many reasons but the only real one is I've been lazy. Today is my last final exam for the semester so today I go back to what I should have been…
So I kept my pedometer on all day n can't find how to track that...so I figured instead of time I'll tracks steps and manually adjust calories based on what my iPod says. Does someone know another way to track steps?
I'm using my iPod nano to track my steps today; however, I'm wondering if I should cut everything it says in half to not overestimate. Any thoughts?
Can you give me a guess-timate on the calories for this taco salad? It is a large romaine base, it has tortilla chips, cheese, grilled chicken, pico de gallo and guacamole.
I just started walking recently as my only form of exercise and I was wondering if adding hand/ankle weights would benefit me in any way. I know everyone here recommends strength training but I'm not exactly ready to start doing that yet. Thanks in advance for your responses
