  • please do not count on supplements to assist in your weightloss...you can do it on your own! even IF a certain supp works WHILE you are using it....it will stop working when you stop taking it...and you do not want to be on unneccessary supps for the rest of your life just to maintain or lose weight

  • I'll pretty much eat my base cals, and then drink my exercise cals, when I want to go out...works well for me...but still healthy IMO (everything in moderation!)

  • I was curious, so I looked it up! 1cup of honey has 176mg of Potassium, and 0g of fiber. And 1TBSP of cinnamon contains 4.2g of fiber, and 0mg of Potassium! :wink: BUT beware...too much pure cinnamon at once can make you vomit!!

  • ok so....this is my new suit...but so far I have only worn the swim shorts that I got to go over them...and not these bottoms! as a lot of you may know...losing a bunch of weight is good for your body, but horrible for your skin! so until my tummy tuck...this is as close as I will get :bigsmile:

  • I wore a 13/14 when I was around 170ish I think. I am 5'3", 129lbs, and my normal is a size 3/4....but I do have a few size 2's, and also a few size 6's...and by some miracle a size 0 that fits too!! LOL

  • ^^^good question!!! I think you are the only one constantly reaching towards new goals!! personally...it is not too fun to watch 60min of running or turbo jam...so that is why I don't vid myself :) but if/when I try something new it's on!!
