thanks, kind of new to MFP after doing weight watchers for over a year I always felt like I didn't have enough points but now I am not meeting my calorie minimum some days Not sure if it's summer or amping up my exercise which I kind of thought would make me more hungry but it has had the opposite effect.

I have a friend who lost around 50 pounds eating out all the time, making good choices at fast food places but I don't recommend it.

Chicken, lean ham, turkey bacon, egg beaters and the mini chocolate cones from Walmart along with fresh veggies and maybe cinnamon grahms.

Wow that is great! Kudos to you for sticking it out. I am on a similar quest, have lost 69 pounds so far and want to get to 105 pounds gone.

You can do it right from this website, just hit tools and then the fitbit. It will walk you thru it.

So far I love it - only thing is it tracks idle time (ie - sitting on the couch) as sleep - so I need to figure that out.

I try not to have them but do indulge once in a while.
