Just wondering how you divide up your calories over the day, we tend to eat large breakfasts and lunch is our main meal,. How do you track a veggie egg white omlette at a restaurant?
I frequently go to a couple of little mom and pop type breakfast places and usually get egg white or egg beaters omelettes. My quandry is in knowing how to track them. The equivalent made at home doesnt seem right and the denny's calories seem kind of high. Just wondering what you do when faced with a similar meal.

RMR Testing - results and new calorie intake
Ok so I really want to get back to losing weight. Had my RMR tested and it came out to 1164 calories per day, based on light exercise and working out 4 hours a week it says I should eat about 1378 calories to day to lose one pound per week.
