Kind of new to using fitbit and MFP. Have been afraid to eat my extra calories earned from exercise, wondering if you eat them at all, a portion or none?

Yes I do- I also keep my activity updated. Meaning- if I do weight lifting I make sure to enter it as such and put in the specific burn I had so fitbit doesn't try to make it less or more than what it was.0

I met with the dietitian at HyVee grocery store today she recommended NOT eating the calories earned by exercise except maybe a little on days when I do my regular routine or walking because I do not work at high intensity. She recommended eating about half my extra earned calories on days when I do extraordinary activity like my State Park hike and stair climb.0
