RMR Testing - results and new calorie intake

Ok so I really want to get back to losing weight. Had my RMR tested and it came out to 1164 calories per day, based on light exercise and working out 4 hours a week it says I should eat about 1378 calories to day to lose one pound per week. To force MFP to give me the right calories I am setting it to the lower 1164 calories per day and then eating back the exercise calories so I net 1164, does that seem right or should I go ahead and set it at 1378 and only it back anything over 214 calories earned from exercise. Thanks for your help.

I set it up custom on MFP
I set it to my TDEE-1000 on rest days and I eat back all my exercise calories to get 2 lbs per week.0 -
To lose weight healthy me personaly would say go with what you been adviced + eat back your calories,
I know alot of people are wanting a quick loss and trust me so do I, but the main reason most of us doing this is to be healthy and slimmer. Also if you do that now when you are on last few lbs and hard to lose you can reduce your calorie intake to make it easier shift them, if you start at lowest you can to remain healthy now when you struggle losing there's nowhere to go.
good luck x0
