I frequently go to a couple of little mom and pop type breakfast places and usually get egg white or egg beaters omelettes. My quandry is in knowing how to track them. The equivalent made at home doesnt seem right and the denny's calories seem kind of high. Just wondering what you do when faced with a similar meal.

Could you ask them what the ingredients are and how they prepare it? Then you could manually enter the info.0

Simple. You look in the database for an egg white omelet.
Add an estimate of the vegetables.
Most combinations can be found by breaking down the known parts ans adding the extras.0
