Again I think you need to listen to your body. Sometimes I eat all of them but most of the time I have a couple hundred left over. I lose consistently also. I also exercise a lot, sometimes earning an extra 1000 calories.

Well that is tricky because all carbs aren't created equal. Fruit is a simple carb and grains are complex carbs. Some break down more slowly than others and therefore don't create an insulin spike. I'd be more concerned about how your body reacts to the carb rather than the carb itself. I'm sugar sensitive so I stay away…
