Definitely stay away from the surgery. Met too many people with adverse effects. Take it one day at a time don't think about tomorrow, only today. Log daily and reach out for support. You can do it!

Hi, I am fairly new to this as well. I have done carb cycling in the past. So I am eager to find new recipes and snack ideas. I recently went to a holistic doctor and nutritionist to find out that I have aged well past my years. Dr. wants me to lose 42 points so I am on the lookout for recipes and ideas and whatever advice…

In the book there are some great recipes. On low carb days, I know my meals are simple and some would consider boring. I have had great success with this plan in the past and trying to work myself back into it. This group was stale for a bit so I am glad to see people back on it.

Try to plan and make ahead meals. Weigh ahead put them in labeled bags containers etc.

Maybe I missed someone else mentioning it, but landscaping and those symptoms sounds like potentially Lyme disease. Call the doc.

This group seems to have dissolved but I have been found hood plans add well . Add me if you like. I have had great success with it in the past, feel of the wagon for a couple of years and now back at it.

I workout at home too. I do go to the track by my house add I am trying to complete couch to 5k. I have some dvds and use fitness blender online and as lame as it sounds walking the dog. Add me if you would like.
