Absolutely increase your exercise as you are comfortable. If I was able to do two cardio sessions then I would do one in the morning and then one later afternoon. Just to keep the metabolic rate up. Hope this helps.

That is true.. Each day regardless of LC or HC you have a carb with breakfast.. Your half of English muffin is fine. Hope this helps.
