Completed 3/30. Glad to get it done in the morning since I have a evening birthday party in the evening. My armpits and my quads are painful. Hopefully will get better over time.

I would like to participate in this challenge. Its good coz I can focus on the daily goals. Todays goals: 1. Drink 12 glasses of water 2. Be within calorie limit. 3. Workout 30 min.

Day 2/30 completed. I didnt do the pushups on the second round properly. Need to concentrate more on it next time.

I wanted to workout in the morning, but then due to work it got postponed. By evening my energy levels were down. But I decided not to give up and finally completed 1/30 of shred. I felt happy about it. It felt much easier than the last time I did couple of months ago.

I love mrs.macys all natural bars. They r in diff flavours n really good. Got it from costco. 230 cals a bar and 130 from fat. Its all natural with 3 nuts 3 seeds n 3 fruits.
