Awesome progress Teresa.Very happy for you. Last week has been hectic with work. However this week I have accomplished running 2 miles @5mph. I am doing a 5K race tomorrow for the breast cancer awareness. Hopefully this week will be better with the work load.

Wow that's really fantastic. I also count seconds n sometime miles to push myself. Currently I could do 1 mile at 5mph, I think I might need to push myself a little bit more. Awesome post. Thanks for the post.

I ran my first 5K on April 16th. I am very proud of it. I cried after the finish line. I couldnt run 30 seconds when I started. I had developed some good friendships. I am motivated by lot of member participation. To look at the numbers and see how far we come or where we failed, is also helpful. It is a well organized and executed plan. Love it.

I was some how feeling low today. I was planning on doing 5k but only able to run a mile and 20 min ellipticL. Rather than giving up i am glad i did something even though i know i didnt give my best.

Thank you for your encouraging words mama, jennie and cee. Today I finished 11/63. Those V-pushups are absolute killers. I didnt had much power to go. I took a lot of breaks in the second half of the program. May be one day, I will succeed.
