Well done Sunshine7966. I finished my Week 5. I modified it, first day I ran 10 min and walk 3 min and later run 5 min interval. By the end of week I successfully made 8 run run and 3 min walk.I feel great about it. I am not sure if I am ready to run all the way 25 min. Hence I am going to modify Week 6 to run for 10 min…

Its TOM and I am now 188.4 instead of 187.It sucks. I just posted my weight. I hope it reflects well next time. My strategy for this week to continue my C25K and elliptical.

Yes I had a tough time. I repeated week 4. Also I modified the timings a little so that my body could adapt. You can do it.

For the last couple of weeks my weight remained the same. But I am finally happy to post that my scale moved and now showing 188.6. I have just posted my weigh in the tracking form. Can someone please tell me what does the color code mean? I do not see the colour legend in the excel sheet. Thanks!!

I CAN run, initially only able to do 30 seconds, now for 10min. I CAN do real pushups. I CAN workout with passion.

I finished my C25K Week 5, Day1. I initially started to modify it and then thought would run as much as I can. I ran 10 min straight @ 4.5mph. I couldnt belive it. I felt amazing. Later I took breaks and did 5 min, walk and 5 min walk. Today was great.

Guys, I need help. I am try to do my workouts regularly. I try to do the elliptical, C25K and started Insanity last week (On a break this week and planning to restart next week) However, its the food that I am having trouble with and the weekends. How do you overcome this?

I changed my routine. I started Insanity. If anyone are doing it, please let me know. I am looking for support. I am in C25K week4. Have been doing elliptical. These are not reflecting on my scale. I guess some days I went overboard with my food. Hmmmmmmmmm I need to have a strategy for that. Any help is appreciated.

I agree to some of the comments posted. I was encouraging all my friends. However it appeared that there are few who are very active and threaten to delete even though they won't comment on my status. I wasn't expecting them to do but it got so annoying i deleted them.

I got my egg sandwich for work. Went to give company with a pregnant friend for lunch. However I ended up eating burger and torter tots with bacon while she had chips and salsa.
