The entire week i had been great with food even though i missed gym couple of days. But starting Friday it changed. I went to Chinese buffet on Friday Saturday lunch had a HUGE Indian meal and at night went to friends place and again ate a ton. Sunday have another party i know I might end up more. I am sadeither. I am happy that I have lost couple of pounds. I have been under the calories most of the time except for last night where I ate chinese food. I missed couple of days worth of workouts but plan to compensate on the weekend.

Yesterday was a busy day. I didnt do my C25K. I feel bad about it. I am out of town and no treadmill around. I am not yet ready to do outside, its freezing cold. I will be returning back on monday evening. Hope to catch up with you guys soon.

Successfully completed W3d2. It was little struggle not to hold the treadmill support. But. I had to as my legs were tired.

Successfully completed week 2 day 3. My legs were exhausted from the previous day elliptical min new workout now. But i m glad i DID my C25K.
