I post it under circuit training either for 20 min or 35min depending. Upon the level of workout.

You can make lot of dals from the lentils or legumes. We mix with different vegetables along with the dal. The different dals/lentils used in Indian cooking are toor dal, moong dal,chana dal. You can get these in any indian stores. Soak the dal for 30 mins and then pressure cook it or slow cook it for one hour. I like this…

I was little down this whole day being at home and was feeling lethargic. But finally after cleaning and cooking dinner, I decided I will not miss it and went to gym. Today I did much better in my second week. On monday I was holding the handles in between but today I did pretty well. Walk @ 3.5mph Jog @ 4.5mph

Thank you Reese for posting it. Finally went to gym to did the C25K and I did 60 bicycle crunches. 60 normal crunches and 20 lower abdominal crunches.

I am in. I will aim half for bicycle crunches and the other half for normal crunches. Will try sit ups in the next week or once i picked up the pace. Thanks for the challenge.

i go on an elliptical or walk on treadmill.some days i try to shred or biggest loser dvd. Hope it helps .

I am in c25k week two. I lost five pounds. I feel great doing workouts.

Dont worry, even I am not a runner. I did at the same pace you did. Its not about the speed but it is about the endurance. Keep going at your own pace. I am going to stick at the speed I will be comfortable with. We can make it.

I am successful on Week 2, Day 1. At the end I was running by holding the sidebar of the treadmill, but i am glad i have finished it. Walk @ 3.5 - 2 min, warm up and cool down. Total 21 min. Run @ 4.5 - 1.30 min. Total 9 min Completed 2 miles

I successfully finished 3rd day of first week. I had trouble jogging for 60 sec. I need to push myself next week for 90 sec.

Welcome Sunshine7966 I was little low today. Snow was not helping much either. But I decided to hit the road. The roads were very slick. There was only two more people in the gym. I successfully made Day 2. I am very happy that I made it. Warm up - 5 min @3.5 Jog - 5 Min @ 4.5mph Jog - 5 min @5mph Cool Down - 5 min @3.5

Wednesday is my weigh in day and I just couldnt believe the scale. So I was thinking, whether it is for real or not? I will try to stick with workouts.

I got tempted to do the C25K but resisted and instead walked for 30min. Hope you are all having a nice rest day.

Whole wheat bread toast with Turkey slices. I like to eat with spicy and hence will add some hot sauce.
