Chalean Extreme is a great workout. There about 35-45 minutes long. You'll notice the difference within a week. I felt stronger had more energy and feel toned.

Hi Laura Lee. Hey we have something in common. I just joined a running club a few weeks ago. I'm prepping for the 5k this Nov. and looking to lose between 15-20 pounds by the end of the year. I wasnt much of a runner before, but the running club has really helped out alot.

I've noticed that i eat most of my exercise calories. I get so hungry especially of strength training.
