So I am up to 194.8. I did really good with the challenges but when I did go out for my 1 meal i drank to much beer. This week I will be watching my sugar, I already failed and realized that I should focus on that. i hope to lose 5 pounds this week.

I also make homemade salsa. It is so much better when it is homemade I also eat the keebler 100 cal pack. I get the cookie ones. They are smaller versions cookies and the whole pack is only 100 cal. this also solves my sweet tooth craving.

I just joined MFP on Wednesday and just found this. I was hoping that I could join, even though it is a little late. I weighed myself today and lost 3 pounds since I have started. I will weigh myself in again tomorrow as well. My goal is to lose 25lbs by August. I started at 200 even.
