I love my Garmin 410. It was a little bit more then I wanted to spend but it is fabulous. It lets you personalize it a lot for different activities. I got mine at Best Buy.

I do. I put it in my sports bra. I put it up by my shoulder with the part that touches my mouth facing out. I do have to clean it after every time.

I did with a vacation for 2 1/2 weeks. I guess walking around Mesa verde, Grand Canyon, and Laughlin helped out a lot.

Monday Mini Challenge: Food- I stayed under by 3 calories. Cardio- Restarted Insanity. I forgot how intense it was. Strength- Completed Water- Done and done.

I went back to the website and selected Exercise Ticker. It just had me put in my password and update the tracker. I am not a pro at it but that is all I did.

Yes I do stretch after my runs. My cramping is usually in the evenings when I am relaxing. I eat a lot of potassium, not to much, but I still get the cramps.

I started running in the third grade. At my school there was one teacher per grade, starting at third, that would have their students run. We would run for 30 minutes as soon as the school bell rang. In fourth grade I would run for 45 mins and fifth grade I would run for an hour and a half. I loved it and it kept me in…
