24 Hour Challenge - August

I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying.

The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of August.

    I am in again for this month. Already got a walk in this morning, went 4.05 miles

    This is a great idea. I use run keeper and last month I logged 18hrs. I am aiming for 20 this month but believe I can get 24 by putting my mind to it. Thanks for posting!

    Thanks for offering this challenge. It makes it so much easier to approach movement in chunks to reengage. I have lost 13 as of today, 6 of which have been with My Fitness Pal, so 24 hours this month seems very doable. Even in the rain, I can get a 30 minute goal achieved. Looking at this over 30 days is much less daunting.
