I love the 24hr exercise challenge. I don't always make it but I usually exercise more because of this challenge.
Some people are able to go way over and some don't make it but have fun trying.
The challenge is to exercise a total of 24 hours in the month of August.
Good think I read the whole thing, for a second I thought the challenge was to exercise 24 hours straight :laugh:0 -

Both of my goals have been met! This is the first time I made it over 24! I usually get exactly 24. So to get over 30 is awesome!

Have you done the math? 30 days in a month.
You could workout for an hour for each day= 30 hrs
And take two rest days a week=8
Which gives you a total of 22 hours, and those 2 other hours are so easy to get.
Effort always seems to be "excessive" to some people. Congrats to everyone who attempted and or completed this challenge! Every effort counts.0 -

24 hrs seems excessive to me.
It may seem excessive, but it is an attainable goal. September will be my 4th month doing it, I have only not met it once and that was missed barely.. If you stay motivated you can do it. I watch what everyone else does and it just makes me want to do more, so I am very motivated. You should give it a try!0 -
