    From 7am till 11pm is how many hours? 16 right. Times that by ...what's the date? 26th here. So that's 16 x 26.....416 hours of solid exercise for me....so far this month. Add the rest of the month (cause I do at least 16 hours a day) & we have a grand total of 496 hours.... give or take a few hours.
