I'm starting the 30 day squat challenge today!! I would love to have people join me and share in the booty shaping and booty soreness!! I took a before pic today and plan to take an after and hoping to see a difference! Is anybody in??!!

Definitely in. Do the squats have to be weighted (barbells or dumbbells)?0

No! Definitely not! I like to do my squats with dumbbells but right now I am without...so I am doing them just with my body weight!0

Other question : Do we have to report here everyday? Or we do only come back with the Before/After picture on Day 30 or 31?0

Awesome! I'm so glad more of you are joining! I don't think you need to check in everyday but I think it is a great place to complain about the soreness or gloat about the accomplishments!! Also I would love to see anyone's before/after pics at the end of the 30 days!!0

I'm on day 3 of the squat challenge and I started the 30 day ab challenge as well. It's a struggle for me but I am pushing myself to do this 30 day challenge.0
