Did day 1 of squat challenge this morning, Day 2 at lunch today and will get day 3 done later today at the gym. :-).

I need to start this again. Some friends and I started this a while ago, and i was half way thru when i just stopped making time for it. I am in! Will start today0

i'm in starting tonight! i printed the abs, arms, bum and squat challenges to give them a go!!

I switched out rest days since I did a gaZillion squats in my kettlebells class. Day 3 4 5 6 done! Sorry I can't check in daily but great job everyone! Hope all booties are sore!0
