My mom just let me know that if I'm ever in a situation, if I'm drunk, high, whatever that she would come get me, that no questions would be asked and that she just wanted me to be safe. Knowing that I could call if I had to helped me be more responsible, I wasn't perfect, but really never got into any real trouble.

Temp agencies are great. I worked for Kelly, went from temp to hire. My sister did the same (in multiple cities). Really great way to go.

You want to eat as many whole foods as possible, whole grains, etc. But really, it comes down to count your calories. Calories in, calories out.

Try not to take it personally - it's not a reflection of you as a person. If you are having such a hard time there are low fee counselors everywhere. Remember, just like on any social network, the number of friends you have does not determine your worth.

Try going for some more calorie dense foods, like nuts, peanut butter, bananas, pasta etc. That should make up the difference without you having to pack in more and more food. Edit - avocados are another good one. You said you're vegetarian, but didn't say if you're vegan so you could add some cheese.

Most people are going to tell you to eat all of your exercise calories because there is a deficit built into the calorie calculation, I do not usually since I want the extra burn. Make your own decision and do what works for you, you may come to a point when you have to up your calories to lose more.

Depends, as an only child who now has aging parents, it's really hard being alone - all the burden is mine, I have to make all the decisions and go through everything with them by myself (thank god for BFFs).
