question about weighing food
So, I'm trying to be precise in my intake and my question is do you weigh food (specifically meat) before or after cooking? Also, I just weighed some bacon, the interwebz tells me that 100g is like 515 calories, my bacon was 58 g - 2 slices (~300 cals) and the package says 2 slices for 140 calories. WTF!!!!!! Thanks!
