Calories and Activity???

How many calories does the website have alotted for you and how active are you?

I'm just wondering because I worry that mine may be too much, however I have an active job and I work out. I'm getting about 2500 calories I tend to come in about 200-300 below (sometimes over, we're all human). I have been losing about 1 lb a week, which I know is good but I'm just curious as to what it's like for the rest of you guys!

    My calorie deficit is 650. I'm allowed 1,200 before exercise and I am sedentary. I typically eat 1600-1900 per day because I work out a lot.

    Not sure what it allows me. I eat around 1500 calories each day because that is what works for my weight loss. If I eat less then I don't lose.

    Weight also plays into this and what you set your weightloss goal to be.

    My goal is 1lb per week.
    I weigh 185lbs.
    MFP give me approx 1400 calories
    On days I work out I eat closer to 1800-2000 (which is most days)

    I also consistently come in under my goal. I am older than you, and not as active. My goal is 1200 before exercise, and I come in under that. If I go over, I don't loose any weight. I find I am satisfied...I just have to learn to stop at the right time. I also eat several times a day...just smaller amounts.
