Listen to your body, for those that can hear it .... it it says im hungry EAT. But eat healthy and smart. Control and good choices is all that needs to happen, and a limit of course.

This happened to me this weekend. I didn't pack enough food in my lunch while working in the evening, i didn't want to eat the junk in the vending machine and waited till i got home and whoa did i over eat!!! I do not like to be hungry it is a very bad thing!!

I also try to avoid eating things out of a can too often. Loads o'chemicals just to can it.

My profile is set at sedentary actually, which I am not. And when it was set at lightly active it was still 1200 calories the same as sedentary. Here is what I've learned so far but have not done it yet. High intensity intervals: Jog and at an easy pace, and then run hard at 60% effort and then back to an easy pace, then run hard at 80% effort and then back to an easy pace, then run at 100 effort (till you feel like your gonna die) and then back to an easy pace.

So does it burn more calories than the regular running. I did HIIT with various activities and i loved it/and hated it, like you said. But I want to incorporate something like what your doing into running...
