wow amazing. i think i am just going to eat a TBSP of coconut oil, when i don't reach my calorie count for the day and to up my fat. its a start anyway.

Yes I use Visalus, shakes. I love them. A great low calorie, nutritious meal that is easy to prepare. 2 per day to lose weight.. Lots of success stories I hope to have one myself but at 9lbs lost, that not enough yet.

Do something fun that is active. It's time to switch it up, do something new. Play tennis or go for a forest walk/jog or swimming. Don't be hard on yourself, have fun and get sweaty!
