I just started back on birth control and it's definitely something I'm worried about as well. I'm using NuvaRing and hoping that I won't gain any and will still continue to lose. I'm just going to make sure that I hit my cals for at least the next couple of weeks until Christmas and try to stay on target then as well.

CSW: 179 LWW 163.6 CW: 164.2 LO: Gained .6 TLO: 14.8 LTG: 5.2 I'm still hopeful that I can make my goal. I gained some this week, but I believe that is due to my sodium levels and starting back exercising after being lazy for the past 2/3 weeks. Hoepfully the scale will start moving again soon!

I already have 2 children, but I'm wanting a 3rd. However, I want to be in the best shape I can for my last pregnancy because I'm afraid it will only be harder to lose the weight then.
