With my daughter (she is 3 now) it took me about a year to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight ( I gained 35 lbs with her) I am 8 months PP now with my son and I am less than my pre-pregnancy weight (I gained 28 lbs with him) . This time around, I have been using MFP as well as working with a personal trainer.

Funny, I noticed the same thing happen to me on Sunday. I ate roughly the same on monday and it gave me a smaller weight. The only thing I can think of is I didn't exercise on Sun but I did mon...and on monday it gave me the lower weight. That could be it maybe :)

You don't need to cut out coffee if you are looking to lose weight. I can not cut out coffee from my life so I try to make healthier. I used to be a double double drinker as well. I then started drinking it with milk, then i cut out 1 sugar and I now drink my coffee with just 2 milk. A lot less calories than double double…

I go 4 times a week. Monday, Wednesday, Fri and Saturday morning I do a spin class. I take my kids with me Monday and wed and they stay at the child minding area...they love it and it gives them a chance to play and be around other kids. It's a win win for us all :)

I did some research when purchasing mine and I decided to go with a Polar HRM. Mine is the Polar FT7 and i love it. Best thing I ever purchased (besides my food scale lol) . GL

I am like you. I feel bad on the days I don't go to the gym for a workout, I feel better when i workout. Like other posts have said, on my 'rest' days, I like to do something light, like go for a walk with my kids or even doing some cleaning around the house burns some cals and my house looks great too ;)

I remember after I had my daughter 2 1/2 years ago, I was trying to lose weight and ate lots of celery as a snack. I'm not joking, it made my skin glow and look flawless. I had so many people ask me what i was using on my skin. I was simply eating celery lol. Give it a try.

In my opinion, the calorie counter on the machines are not accurate, They over calculate. I did 40 mins on the Elliptical today and my machine said I burned close to 600 cals when my HRM said I burned 480.

I agree with the previous post. I have a polar HRM and I love it. I have the FT7!! I bought it off of amazon and it is seriously the best thing I have ever bought. I find the machines at the gym over estimate and MFP underestimates (well for me as least) It will make your workouts that much more fun, Lets me know how hard…
