I do the SAME thing! It's also my TOM, but I didn't realize that when I did my weigh-in on Monday. I was so angry with myself for eating out multiple times last week. I made healthy food choices and I thought I gained 4 pounds back. Nope...just good ole Mother Nature stopping by. SO frustrating!

I'm currently in Physical Therapy for a knee injury. After a while, both of my big toes started to hurt (the base of the toe and the muscles of the balls of my feet). 14 miles in 4 days! At this rate I'll end the month with about 110 miles, not 50! If I reach 50 miles by the 14th, I'm going to up my goal to 125 - now THAT will surely be challenging!

I'm crazy about sugar! The good news is if I stay away from refined sugar, I don't crave it. I eliminated sugar substitues from my diet and started using agave nectar (in moderation). When I want something super-sweet, I toss 1/2 cup of milk and 1 ciup of frozen mixed berries in the blender. Healthy smoothie!
