I couldn't resist shopping for some new workout clothes. It hit me in the dressing room that all the mediums fit! No extra large, no large...mediums all the way! New pants, a new shirt, and a new sweatshirt. SO happy with my bag o'mediums!

Do I Really Need 3 - 6 Servings of Grains per Day?
I was reviewing my food logs and noticed that I don't usually eat grains. I get tons of fiber from eating veggies. Do I really need the grains?
