It's all about moderation! I still eat some of the things I ate before I started eating healthier, I just don't binge! Everybody needs a treat every now and then, just know your limits. :) Good luck!

For me it has varied a little each week. Some week that I'm really pushing myself it could be up to 5 pounds, and some weeks it could be about a pound. Getting closer to my goal is exciting though and I push a little harder, so I've been consistent with at least 2 pounds a week. Good luck:)
