I use measuring cups and such when logging my food. And yeah it could be water weight because I've been drinking about 9-10 cups a day and I'm not used to that. Thanks for the help :)

Well online it said it burns 700-something per hour so I divided it by 3...it definitely burns more than an elliptical. I didn't sweat that much on the elliptical when I was on it for an hour.
