No you don't. You resized yourself pretty well! Just amazing. I know you hear it a lot but you really are inspiring!

The banana thing is a winner. One banana, cut into coins and frozen. Throw into blender/food processor/Ninja with 1tbs peanut butter and couple squirts lite chocolate syrup. Once blended, you can stick it back in freezer for 30 minutes for great soft-serve consistency. Another great ice cream substitute is the sugar free…

I've only lost 13 pounds so far but just the other day I wore a pair of shorts that haven't fit me for over 3 years. That feeling alone made it worth holding onto them all this time!

The other day I grabbed a pair of denim shorts that haven't fit me for at least 3 years. Not only did they fit, they were a bit roomy! I felt awesome that day.

I'm forcing myself to wait til tomorrow to make this because it looks like a winner. I entered all the ingredients and calculated a pie plate as 4 servings. That means you get a full 1/4 - pretty hearty - for...wait for it...162 calories! Or if you make it in 8 ramekins or 8 muffin cups you could eat 2. I can't wait to try…

Bump. I already bought the ingredients for this and plan to quickly saute onion, peppers and spinach and cook in a pie plate. I'll see how many servings each one would realistically be and post the calorie count tomorrow.

I love that frozen fruit mix from Costco. I like to add juice, like orange juice or mango nectar, just enough to help it blend. My hubby likes them with milk but I find it dampens the taste of the fruit.

Wish I could get my hubby on board like that! You guys look healthy and happy. Way to go!

My guilty pleasure was ice cream. Now I spoon a 60 calorie Jello-sugar-free Pudding into a bowl, top with half a sliced banana and finish with a squirt of whipped cream. It feels so indulgent and really takes care of my ice cream cravings.
