Tomorrow is my 25th day of MFP. I've lost 5.5 lbs and although I'd like the number to be higher, I'm noticing that my body is already changing. I went from zero exercise to exercising 40-60 minutes, 5 days a week, either walking or biking. When I started biking again I was riding super slow and feeling winded. I'm pretty sure joggers were passing me! Yesterday, after 3 1/2 weeks of exercise, I broke my first exercise goal of biking a speed of 10mph. I rode 8.4 miles in 48 minutes, at an average speed of 10.53 mph. I worked hard but at no point did I stop and when I got home I felt good...not exhausted. I am SO proud.
