I just finished 30DS and am moving onto RI30. I also recommend doing these workouts with something extra, walking, running or even another work out video. I do some Tae bo because I think its super fun and the workouts go quick.

I also got her kickbox fast fix. She is crazy, and I can honestly say some of the combos this woman comes up with is INSANE, but it keeps you moving. It's another 20 minute work out, and with 6 different circuits the time goes by super fast! I love her!

I am on level 2 day 9. I agree with you, a 30 day fitness goal is EXACTLY what I needed. It is small, achievable, and has totally changed the way I feel about myself. I still have a week a half left, but I will continue with her ripped in 30 next. feel free to add me! good luck, YOU CAN DO IT!

I actually do have more to lose then the 25lbs. I have always given myself smaller milestones before I reach the over all goal. In reality I want to lose 50 lbs. I just want to get through the first 25!

I'm doing the 30 day shred now. I am on level 2 day 13. Almost half way there!!

I can see where that would get confusing. I did lose 6 pounds I just haven't lost inches. Personally I rather lose the inches then the pounds.
