Snacking is my downfall. I will snack on anything I can find - even if I don't keep "snacks" in the house. I just keep a lot of healthy things at my desk like carrots or grapes. I bought the DVD and I did it one day so far just to see what it was like. I have a plethora of workout DVDs that I rotate to avoid boredom and to make sure I work different body parts. Count me in! CW: 175 GW by end of Challenge: 160 I need some motivation baby! I was SO good this Memorial Day Weekend. I could have eaten a lot more than I did and I didn't hit those chips. Amen for small victories :)
