I didnt track what I was eating before but I think that's a great idea! I'm only 1 week in but have lost .6 lbs. Yes, it's not a full pound but it's the first time I've seen a new number on the scale in months. And in terms of NSV, I definitely look trimmer and feel more confident. I don't dread eating now. I don't feel…

When will I stop wanting to eat everything in site?! Although not looking forward to stage 5.

I've been staying within my calories but I know what you mean - I am ravenous!
-
Bicycled all over. When I think about the distance I covered then (about 15 miles at a clip)... I wouldn't be able to do that today!

Bump for interested people!

I didn't see it! Well, now we have a longer list! :)

Hmmm 42 sounds like a bit much for me but 24 g is definitely a good start. It's definitely been an adjustment increasing my protein. I'll check this out thanks!

A few days ago I said I was going to hide the scale, but I didn't. :embarassed: Shame on me! After months, years even, of never stepping on the scale (except at a doctor appointment) once I started dieting I became a scale-aholic. HELP!

I totally feel your pain. We're going through something similar with our family dog. My thoughts are with you and your family.

I sent you a request! I need some more friends as well. :)

I love eating 2000 calories!! Nom nom nom :)
-
Haha, my thoughts exactly!

Amen!

Funny, I had the opposite problem. I work a desk job so it's super easy to eat all my meals and snacks. I had a hard time on the weekend when I was out and about. I packed some stuff in my purse like nuts and the protein balls I made (almond butter, vanilla protein powder, and honey) and munched on those while I was out!

I just finished day 2 of week 2. Yesterday was my first day and I totally half-assed it. I wish I had previewed it. Planks definitely kill my wrists and I find them hard to do. Also, think I'm in need of new sneakers because it's really had to do the plank jacks and climbers. I always feel like my feet are moving around…

When did you start? The super full feeling went away for me after a couple of days. Now I have no trouble eating it all!
-
Sounds good to me!
-
Yes I want to do it! But I was going to do it after I finished Ripped in 30! So not until the end of the month!

I don't like cottage cheese, but pineapple makes it taste magical.

To keep things in perspective - it took me 9 years to get where I am from goal weight to current weight. So it's not going to all come off in 3 months, 6 months, even a year. That helps! Also just hearing my husband say 'you look thinner' or my mom saying 'your face looks thinner' even though I haven't lost a single pound…

Silly question but how do I just add 1 calorie? I'm not seeing an add calorie option.
-
I'm finding the increase in protein has the opposite effect...
-
Haha me too!!!
-
Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm going to pack some snack bags and I think I'll be good to go!
-
Ah great, thank you!
-
Yep, putting the scale away as soon as I get home!!
