Protein powder recs
Running low on protein currently using the Whole Foods 365 brand which has 80 calories and 16 grams of protein per scoop. Any recommendations? I usually use the protein to make smoothies. If possible, something with more protein would be great since I have trouble hitting my protein goal. Thanks!

How do you meet cal goals when you're not near a fridge?

Food Diary/Daily Calorie Goal
I have my calorie goal set to my TDEE - 15% (2,068) so it will tell me how many calories I have remaining based on that figure. When I go to look at past days, it has different numbers for my daily goals. Yesterday it says 2,303 and before that 2,384. Is that because of the exercise I did? It's just very confusing and it's…

Right now my exercise has been focused on strength - doing Jillian Michaels - which definitely gets my heart pounding. It seems like everyone is doing some kind of lifting. Do I need to do heavy lifting to be successful at EM2WL? Right now my focus has been on getting through Ripped in 30. Not sure where I will go from there.

Day 1 - Feeling STUFFED!
First day of EM2WL. My numbers: TDEE: 2433 TDEE - 15%: 2068 BMR: 1570 How I did: Food: 2013 Exercise: 407 Net: 1604 I am feeling SOOOO stuffed. Is my body going to get accustomed to eating an increased amount of calories??

New Sneaker Recommendations?
I just took my dog for a 30 minute walk on flat terrain and my feet are killing me! I think it's time for new kicks. I'm not a runner. I wear my sneakers for moderate walking in the neighborhood and aerobics/strength training in the house. Any recommendations would be appreciated!
