Muscular but not ripped, visible abs, some veins in my arms, wanna keep my broad shoulders... I'm 6'2". As far as numbers, my goals are 210 pounds, 8-10% bodyfat.

I use bluetooth headphones for working out...I get a good 6-7 hours out of mine. It depends on how much you sweat though because I sweated out one pair. They were promptly replaced because they were still under warranty and it hasn't happened with the replacement set. Here is the link:…

Sure. Almost all the women I've dated have been overweight. I find a curvy woman attractive, always have. I'm more concerned with if she's healthy. You can be overweight and healthy just as you can be slim and in poor health. I find fit women attractive too but they are less my fancy. Just being honest.

I use 16/8 also, eating between 12PM and 8PM. 12PM: Meal 1 2PM: Meal 2 4PM: Snack 7PM: Meal 3 I work out either first thing in the morning, around 6AM or right after work, about 5:30.

Avoid things like daiquiris or frozen drinks. Any hard liquor is pretty safe from a caloric perspective. Add an orange, cranberry, or pineapple juice chaser and you have a few nutrients.
