I would have added pullups but 1. I can't complete one and 2. I have nowhere to practice to try. I don't have a local gym anymore. Maybe the next go round of this when I'm stronger and lighter.

Fasting and starving are not the same....for one fasting is intentional, starvation is not. Also fasting is planned, starvation is not. Also, it's about the purpose. Also, with IF you don't cut calories, you simply cram those calories into a particular eating window.

I don't really "sleep" in. I wake up around the same time of day every day. 4AM on work days, 5AM on weekends. Maybe once a month, I'll "sleep in" until like 8 or 9.
