At the moment, calisthenics and core work. I slipped a disc in my back last year and it made me realize how weak my core was so I've been concentrating on building that strength mainly. Next month, I'm going to add running back into the mix.

@WinoGelato I personally am not sure how to define it but I know some use the term so i just included it in the liost. My assumption is it's the low fat high carb approach that's been ingrained into us since the 70s.

I just started Keto myself, looking forward to seeing what comes of it. Not just for weight loss but also to release the hold that sugar has had on me since my childhood. I'm at that stage now where sugar just makes me miserable if I eat a lot and I need to reboot my taste buds.

I'm with it. I have actually read this article in the past from ZenHabits. I have a tendency to inhale food, barely tasting it, so this is definitely something I need to work on.

I weigh myself every few days but I only log it in MFP once a week.

It's severe food deprivation, of course you're going to lose weight but at what cost? Plus when you eat regularly the week after, you'll gain most of it back.
